Taste Traditions of Wisconsin: 'Spaghetti Corners and All That ... Sauce!' (Sold Out)

Enjoy a dinner and evening celebrating the Italian Greenbush neighborhood. Catherine Tripalin Murray is the author of four books capturing the essence of the old Greenbush neighborhood of Madison. In "Spaghetti Corners and All That ... Sauce!" she writes about Italian and Sicilian grandfathers, fathers and sons. Catherine will share memories and recipes made famous in the Greenbush neighborhood. A dinner capturing the taste of Greenbush will be served.

Taste Traditions of Wisconsin is a taste-and-talk series that explores the rich culinary history, delicious indigenous ingredients and remarkable foodways of Wisconsin.

Cost to attend is $25 per person. Society members receive a 10-percent discount.
